I was in 2 minds as to whether to keep making these show but I love the multidisciplinary aspect of creation so much, I decided to make my way back.

I'm still experiencing technical difficulties that God for mobile 📱 phones voice recorder!!

Therapy continues to be my process as a result I just had to get over this, and get it out.

You know, going through it back and forth with stuff. I literally had built up so much anxiety, anguish, and whatever that felt like forced, enforced, put upon or Natural. I literally got to the point whereby I thought I would never be able to repeat anything I created, let alone break it down, if you have been through you can understand my relief when I let go at the end of this show.

It was an energy changer, and release for me. Which is why I just feeling compelled to put this out!
