I honestly did not know what I wanted to call this Therapeutic Diary Improv Radio Session.

Just as I am moving on I find my mind beset by intrusive experiences, fear, the idea that what I am trying to do in life has which just normal things has become the focus of a group of people preoccupied with my life and are hiding what they are doing via the bravado they build and use! 👤

It is not drama this is Therapy is the Process!
